The cuisine of the restaurant Boškinac is the result of many years of experience in the exploration of flavors, aromas and ingredients of the island of Pag. Only local ingredients are used here, and the flavors are reinterpretation of local gastro standards and island heritage. Presentation and cooking methods are interpretations of the chef Marko Turković and follow the modern cuisine.
