The Pelegrini is located in the heart of the old town of Šibenik, in the seven hundred year old Villa Pelegrini-Tambača, next to the Cathedral of St. James. Its philosophy is based on a creative combination of tradition and innovation. Chef Rudolf Štefan emphasizes local ingredients, constant staff training and innovative reinterpretation of traditional flavors.
